Senior Software Engineer — Node.js, React & AI

ITEAMLY is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our venture building team, where you will take full ownership of technical solutions from initial concept to production. In this role, you will operate in an AI-first environment, leveraging advanced coding agents to accelerate development while maintaining high standards for architecture, security, and code quality.

Key responsibilities

• Translate broad product requirements into scalable technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and services, including design, API architecture, and deployment.
• Utilize AI coding agents to plan, implement, and refactor solutions while managing multiple workstreams.
• Review and verify all AI-generated code to ensure it meets rigorous quality, testing, and security standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and DevOps, to deliver robust software.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a deep understanding of software fundamentals.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Proven ability to design complex APIs, schemas, and service boundaries for distributed systems.
• An AI-native mindset, with hands-on experience using coding agents as a core part of your daily workflow.
• Strong discipline in code review, testing edge cases, and debugging production issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English at a C1 level or higher.
