Senior Software Engineer, Growth

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Growth team, you will work at the intersection of engineering, product, marketing, and data science to accelerate product growth through rapid experimentation and scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute engineering strategies that enable rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data Science to optimize key growth metrics.
• Architect and build scalable systems that support growth initiatives, such as onboarding flows and personalization engines.
• Implement A/B testing and data instrumentation to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of experiments.
• Ensure technical excellence through best practices in performance optimization, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in frontend or full-stack development building large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Redux, and at least one backend language like Ruby, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, REST APIs, and analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Strong UX and product sense with the ability to negotiate the right MVP.
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools to enhance software development and productivity.
