Senior Software Engineer Fullstack – AI Focus

Brack.Alltron Service AG is a leading e-commerce player in Switzerland, operating a highly automated and scalable logistics system. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our cross-functional team, where you will have the creative freedom to shape the future of our platform using an AI-first approach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex, distributed systems using Java within a pragmatic, agile environment.
• Actively contribute to architecture, product, and UX decisions while working closely with business stakeholders.
• Implement AI-first development workflows, including agent files, MCP integrations, and autonomous loops.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle, including infrastructure, CI/CD, and quality assurance.
• Ensure high code quality through deterministic gates like automated testing, linting, and static analysis.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in modern, product-oriented software engineering, particularly with distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java or comparable languages.
• Deep expertise in AI-assisted development, maintaining control and quality over AI-generated code.
• Solid understanding of DDD, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, and Event-Driven Design.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
