Senior Software Engineer, AI Intelligence Platform

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our AI Intelligence Platform team, where you will build the infrastructure that bridges the gap between AI agents and sensitive data while maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and drive the architecture for key platform components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Own complex initiatives from initial design through to production, translating ambiguous product goals into clear technical requirements.
• Architect systems that allow AI agents to reason over sensitive data using least-privilege access and strong isolation.
• Champion engineering best practices, including observability, testing, and operational excellence across the organization.
• Serve as a technical mentor, providing guidance on design challenges and system reliability to the engineering team.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep experience owning systems end-to-end, from architecture to production operation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technology, data structures, and distributed-systems fundamentals.
• Proven ability to build systems that handle sensitive or regulated data with security as a first-class design constraint.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
