Senior Software Engineer (AI Applications)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the architecture and implementation of reliable, responsible agent orchestration systems that will define the future of our AI-driven educational products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy robust Generative AI agents featuring persistent memory, shared state management, and complex multi-step reasoning workflows.
• Integrate advanced Generative AI features into existing platforms while optimizing performance and ensuring strict safety compliance.
• Establish frameworks for comprehensive agent evaluation, including rigorous testing and performance monitoring.
• Provide technical mentorship to peers on advanced agent design patterns and optimal LLM integration strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex user needs into scalable, production-ready agentic capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Staff-level capacity.
• Proven expertise in building complex agentic systems, including tool calling and context engineering.
• Deep practical experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience deploying systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization.
• Solid understanding of vector databases and embedding models.
