As a Senior Software Engineer on the Matching team, you will play a critical role in developing the core technology that connects business activities to business context, working with a vast dataset to power our AI-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement core backend services and scalable data pipelines.
• Perform data-driven research using big data and advanced data science toolsets.
• Provide comprehensive test coverage, including unit and integration testing, with a focus on performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and documentation for production services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build innovative features and products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building backend systems in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis, data science tasks, or machine learning.
• 2+ years of programming experience in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Strong understanding of SOA, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, SQL, RDBMS, and containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes.
