Senior Software Engineer – AI & Temporal

Ready4S is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a team building a modern internal platform for a large telecommunications provider. This role focuses on leveraging Temporal for workflow orchestration and integrating AI-first development practices into the core of the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and services using Temporal workflows.
• Utilize AI coding tools extensively for designing, coding, testing, and debugging software.
• Create detailed specifications, reusable AI workflows, and development practices for the team.
• Design resilient solutions for complex, asynchronous, and long-running distributed processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across service boundaries in a distributed environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience in backend software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration technologies.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted software development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous architectures.
• Ability to demonstrate concrete examples of how AI has improved your development productivity.
