Senior Software Engineer - SRE

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Vault Platform team and ensure the scalability and reliability of our enterprise applications at a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build new cloud infrastructure from scratch while adhering to software development best practices.
• Ensure the platform meets the scalability and reliability needs of our global customer base.
• Lead incident management, triage, and mitigation efforts during production issues.
• Develop tools and automation to eliminate manual work and reduce issue resolution times.
• Strategize with engineering teams on complex problems and participate in design reviews to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java development, preferably within enterprise cloud software companies.
• Hands-on operational experience in a high-volume or critical production service environment.
• Proven ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code in a collaborative setting.
• Proficiency with open-source technologies such as Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Linux, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• 3+ years of experience in relational databases with expert-level SQL skills.
• Solid scripting proficiency in languages like Shell, Bash, Python, or Go.
