Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Kubbly is transforming how businesses engage with customers by leveraging AI agents that predict intent and automate meaningful conversations within messaging apps. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us scale our platform and shape the future of customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of tools that enable businesses to monitor and drive customer engagement.
• Own the architecture, reliability, and scalability of core product systems in production.
• Design and expand our proprietary database that powers AI engines providing customer insights.
• Build and maintain integrations with external APIs, messaging channels, and internal services.
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and raise the standard for code quality and engineering culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering or DevOps supporting production environments.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Rust, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience designing scalable systems with a focus on performance and fault tolerance.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of REST principles, relational databases, and CI/CD best practices.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-obsessed mindset.
