Ubiminds is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a team developing comprehensive HR software for the public sector. You will play a key role in building and enhancing the Power product suite, focusing on high-quality code and performance optimization within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot web features within the product suite.
• Work extensively with C#, SQL, and Angular to deliver robust software solutions.
• Optimize performance-sensitive SQL queries and manage relational databases.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and value delivery.
• Collaborate in a Shift Left development environment, ensuring high standards through unit and integration testing.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in web application development using C#, SQL, and Angular.
• Strong proficiency in working with stored procedures and relational databases.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A self-driven mindset with strong ownership and advanced debugging capabilities.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
