Senior Software Developer (AI)

CDQ is looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our team and focus on building innovative AI-driven solutions. We are seeking a backend expert with a strong background in Java who is passionate about data, scalable distributed systems, and modern AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and implementing AI agents with complex reasoning pipelines and RAG-based decision making.
• Integrating advanced AI capabilities, including LLM-powered services and intelligent automation.
• Contributing to the design and maintenance of scalable architectures for data-heavy services.
• Collaborating with the Team Lead and Product Owner to shape technical solutions and tasks.
• Participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and active knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development with strong Java and Spring Boot skills.
• Proven experience integrating LLMs into applications using tools like Spring AI, LangChain4j, or AWS Bedrock.
• Solid understanding of vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Proficiency in Docker and experience working with scalable, event-driven systems.
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
