Senior SOC Analyst – Cloud and Threat Response

ITDS is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst – Cloud and Threat Response to join a leading international cybersecurity organization. In this role, you will be at the forefront of protecting essential infrastructure by monitoring, investigating, and responding to advanced cyber threats within complex multi-cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Actively monitor security alerts across platforms like Elastic SIEM, Darktrace, and CrowdStrike Falcon to identify and validate genuine threats.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into security incidents by correlating data logs, cloud events, and network telemetry.
• Analyze anomalies within cloud workloads using AWS native tools such as Amazon GuardDuty, Security Hub, and CloudTrail.
• Develop and optimize security use cases and automate workflows using Cortex SOAR to improve operational efficiency.
• Execute containment and remediation actions, including isolating hosts and revoking compromised cloud access credentials.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or threat analysis.
• Proficiency with security monitoring tools including Elastic SIEM, Darktrace, CrowdStrike Falcon, and AWS security services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis under pressure.
• Hands-on experience with incident response and threat containment techniques.
• Fluent English skills with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
