Senior Snowflake Developer with Airflow, Data Warehouse Platform

DataArt is seeking a Senior Snowflake Developer to join a project focused on building a robust data lakehouse. You will play a key role in designing scalable data warehouse structures, developing efficient pipelines, and optimizing data processing performance within a modern cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Snowflake data platform solutions, including schemas, tables, and materialized views.
• Create Snowflake stored procedures and UDFs using Python and SQL.
• Orchestrate complex data workflows using Airflow.
• Implement ETL and ELT pipelines based on layered and Medallion architecture principles.
• Design analytical data structures using dimensional modeling and optimize query performance in Azure SQL and Snowflake.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to data projects.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake platform engineering and Snowflake SQL.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Solid background in Azure SQL Database, MS SQL, and T-SQL development.
• Proven ability to design data warehouses and apply advanced architectural patterns.
