Senior Snowflake Data Engineer

Experis Manpower Group is looking for a Senior Snowflake Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable data platform architectures. You will play a key role in designing robust data solutions, implementing security frameworks, and optimizing data pipelines to support our business objectives in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Snowflake data platform architectures, including data models, security frameworks, and CI/CD processes.
• Implement robust ETL/ELT data pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and complex analytics use cases.
• Define and implement Snowflake solutions that align with both business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical designs and deliver high-quality data engineering outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of the data platform through performance optimization, automation, and the adoption of industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience working with Snowflake as a primary data engineering platform.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling techniques and designing scalable, high-performance data solutions.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, with a specific focus on Microsoft Azure and its integration with Snowflake.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and business teams.
