Key responsibilities

• Utilize advanced AI tools to generate compelling visuals and creative assets.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members regarding content quality and daily tasks.
• Monitor performance metrics using analytics dashboards to optimize content strategy and reach.
• Maintain and refine brand voice, content guidelines, and the overall content matrix.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in content marketing or SMM roles.
• Proven expertise in managing LinkedIn strategies and content.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI design software.
• Strong understanding of content systems, brand voice, and marketing principles.
• High level of ambition and a genuine passion for digital content creation.
• Previous experience in an agency environment or with analytics dashboards is considered a significant advantage.
