Senior Sinequa Developer (Search & GenAI)

DCG is a dynamic recruitment company dedicated to connecting experienced professionals with innovative projects. We are currently seeking a Senior Sinequa Developer to join our team and contribute to advanced search and Generative AI initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage the architecture of the Sinequa platform to ensure optimal performance.
• Optimize search relevance and fine-tune ranking algorithms for complex, large-scale datasets.
• Implement Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to drive modern search solutions.
• Collaborate directly with IT and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on expertise with the Sinequa platform, specifically in architecture, indexing, and configuration.
• Proven track record in search relevance optimization and performance tuning for enterprise-level data.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and RAG frameworks.
• Strong technical autonomy and a proactive mindset for leading advanced search projects.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
