Senior SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant (SSO & Authentication)

P&P Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead a critical initiative focused on modernizing authentication and implementing a password-less user experience. This role is ideal for an expert who can assess existing architectures, design secure identity solutions, and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing SharePoint-based solutions and current authentication architecture to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement robust Single Sign-On (SSO) and modern authentication mechanisms.
• Support complex authentication scenarios for both internal and external user groups.
• Assess security requirements and recommend enhancements aligned with current Microsoft 365 best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive implementation documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proven track record in delivering SSO, identity management, and advanced authentication solutions.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft identity technologies, specifically Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Strong background in client-facing consulting roles with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership during short-term, high-impact engagements.
