Senior ServiceNow Portfolio & Delivery Lead (f/m/x)

Sii is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Portfolio & Delivery Lead to drive the strategic development and delivery of a large-scale enterprise workflow and digital services platform. You will oversee the full lifecycle of platform initiatives, ensuring that business priorities are translated into actionable delivery plans while maintaining alignment with organizational governance and long-term technology objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow product portfolio and end-to-end demand-to-delivery lifecycle, including prioritization and executive reporting.
• Define and maintain the multi-year ServiceNow roadmap across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, AI, and automation.
• Lead portfolio planning and delivery governance, balancing new initiatives, platform maintenance, compliance, and operational needs.
• Establish and oversee agile delivery practices, ensuring effective collaboration across product, architecture, engineering, and operations teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, delivery metrics, and value realization while serving as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including enterprise-scale delivery and governance responsibilities.
• Proven background in product portfolio management, technology transformation programs, or enterprise platform leadership roles.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Strong knowledge of demand management, backlog prioritization, capacity planning, release management, and portfolio reporting.
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to present strategic outcomes to senior leadership.
