Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to define the technical strategy, lead complex solution designs, and establish enterprise governance for the ServiceNow platform. You will serve as the primary technical authority, designing a highly integrated ecosystem and defining the long-term roadmap for CMDB, ITOM, AI, and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern complex integrations between ServiceNow and external vendor ITSM platforms using APIs, Integration Hub, and event-driven architectures.
• Lead the architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Chair the ServiceNow Architectural Governance Forum and act as the final design authority for platform standards.
• Define and lead the ServiceNow AI and automation strategy, including Generative AI and Predictive Intelligence.
• Provide expert technical advisory to senior leadership and mentor development teams to ensure architectural consistency.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of enterprise IT experience, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Senior ServiceNow Architect role.
• Proven expertise in designing and governing ServiceNow platforms within large-scale, multi-vendor environments.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and ServiceNow integration frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST, SOAP, webhooks, and middleware integration architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive-level decisions and lead distributed teams.
