Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect (f/m/x)

Sii is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to join a long-term digital transformation initiative within a highly regulated international organization in the healthcare sector. In this strategic role, you will define the future direction of a large-scale enterprise service platform ecosystem, driving architectural standards, technology roadmaps, and governance practices while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target architecture, technology roadmap, and design principles for a complex enterprise platform landscape.
• Act as the senior technical authority for solution design decisions, architectural governance, and exception management.
• Establish best practices for service modeling, configuration management, data governance, and platform data relationships.
• Design reusable patterns for integrations, workflow automation, API connectivity, and AI-enabled digital services.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability while coaching engineering teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in architecture, solution design, or governance roles.
• Proven track record in designing and overseeing complex platform ecosystems in large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, CSDM, CMDB design, Service Mapping, and integration strategies.
• Solid understanding of AI-supported service capabilities and familiarity with GxP practices in validated environments.
• Fluent English and a university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
