Senior ServiceNow Enterprise Architect / ESM Advisor

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Enterprise Architect and ESM Advisor to lead the design and implementation strategy for an AI-powered employee help system. This advisory role focuses on high-level architecture, governance, and integration planning to ensure seamless workflows between AI solutions and the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Validate existing ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integration points to ensure architectural integrity.
• Design the target architecture for integrating AI front-end solutions with ServiceNow, including API and integration strategies.
• Assess organizational readiness regarding knowledge base quality, permissions, and security controls for AI-driven actions.
• Define the operating model and governance framework to support the integration.
• Develop a comprehensive implementation roadmap, including MVP scope, resource estimation, and cost analysis.
• Lead workshops and present strategic findings to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Over 12 years of professional IT experience with at least 8 years in an architect-level role within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Service Management beyond standard ITSM modules.
• Strong proficiency in integration architecture, specifically utilizing IntegrationHub and REST APIs.
• Proven experience with AI and automation frameworks within the ServiceNow environment.
• Strong consulting background with a focus on design authority, roadmap development, and stakeholder management.
