Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key responsibilities

• Configuration, remediation, and development of ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on CMDB, HAM, and Discovery.
• Identification and resolution of Discovery errors and related data quality issues.
• Advanced troubleshooting within the ServiceNow platform, specifically targeting CMDB, HAM, and Discovery modules.
• Development and optimization of scripts to support CMDB, HAM, and Discovery areas.
• Independent delivery of technical tasks in accordance with ServiceNow best practices and close cooperation with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in CMDB, HAM Pro, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector.
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Proven ability to build workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization skills with a deep understanding of platform best practices.
• Ability to document implemented solutions and provide regular progress reporting.
