Senior ServiceNow Developer (ArchX, CTA)

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical architectures.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Design and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow and various external systems.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience with ServiceNow development in complex environments.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or completion of the Architecture Excellence (ArchX) program.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities.
