Senior ServiceNow Developer– AI & Automation (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and lead the implementation and optimization of AI-driven capabilities within a modern enterprise service management platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the adoption of generative AI solutions, improving digital support experiences, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review the current ServiceNow AI setup and identify strategic areas for improvement.
• Define AI priorities, roadmaps, and practical use cases in collaboration with business and platform stakeholders.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and other advanced AI capabilities.
• Build and enhance AI-driven solutions, custom skills, chatbots, and complex workflow automations.
• Ensure security, compliance, testing, and high-quality standards for all AI implementations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development within enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Virtual Agent, conversational experiences, and AI-driven automation.
• Advanced development skills including JavaScript, integrations, APIs, and workflows.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, and generative AI solutions.
• Excellent English skills for seamless collaboration in an international environment.
