N-iX is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join a project focused on enhancing the subscription lifecycle experience for a global e-commerce and billing platform. You will play a key role in evolving the Subscription Management Portal, ensuring that customer journeys related to billing, payments, and self-service interactions are seamless, scalable, and optimized for long-term retention.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery phases to identify customer pain points, business opportunities, and service improvements within complex operational environments.
- Translate research findings and systems thinking into clear service design artefacts, including blueprints, journey maps, and ecosystem maps.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to shape experiences that impact retention and self-service adoption.
- Deliver high-quality UI designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma to support product development.
- Facilitate workshops and conduct user research to synthesize insights that inform strategic product decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Service Design, UX Design, or Product Design with a strong focus on research and discovery.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods, including user interviews and usability testing.
- Proven ability to create comprehensive service blueprints, customer journey maps, and end-to-end service flows.
- Strong UI and interaction design skills with hands-on proficiency in Figma and collaborative design workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between customer experience and business operations.
