Senior SEO / GEO Specialist

We are currently seeking a Senior SEO & GEO Specialist to join our remote-first team, where you will leverage an AI-first mindset to drive measurable business results for our clients, with a particular focus on the German-speaking region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies for international clients, focusing on market-specific search behaviors.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate complex implementations with development teams.
• Analyze and optimize brand visibility across AI-driven search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline research, monitoring, and reporting workflows.
• Translate complex SEO data into actionable business recommendations and communicate directly with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in owning SEO strategies from audit to execution.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, JavaScript rendering, and Core Web Vitals.
• Proven experience in international SEO, including multilingual strategies and localization.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and SEO performance.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1) for daily collaboration and client communication.
