Senior Security Network Engineer

Awareson Sp. z o.o. is looking for a Senior Security Network Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on the administration, configuration, and strategic development of advanced security solutions within a dynamic IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Fortinet security solutions to ensure robust network protection.
• Participate in the design and implementation of comprehensive IT security strategies.
• Conduct vulnerability analyses, security assessments, and risk evaluations across the network.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on security projects and daily operations.
• Maintain technical documentation, including network concepts and operating manuals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT security and network technology.
• In-depth knowledge of Fortinet technologies and network security principles.
• Strong understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL inspection, web security, NAC, and endpoint protection.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Independent, structured, and security-conscious approach to problem-solving.
