Senior Security Expert

P&P Solutions is seeking a Senior Security Expert to join a project focused on the development and security of a complex digital platform within the recruitment and temporary employment sector. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening application security and DevSecOps practices while supporting engineering teams in maintaining a secure software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop robust application security processes.
• Support engineering teams by implementing DevSecOps best practices.
• Manage security risks and oversee vulnerability management.
• Coordinate security assessments, audits, and penetration testing activities.
• Perform threat modelling and conduct secure architecture reviews.
• Act as a trusted security advisor for both engineering and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including Microsoft SDL.
• Hands-on experience with Application Security, DevSecOps, and Azure Security.
• Proficiency in threat modelling, vulnerability management, and secure architecture reviews.
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10, OWASP ASVS, and secure web/API development.
• Practical experience with SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning tools.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
