Ubiminds is seeking a Senior Security / QA Lead to join a project focused on enterprise-ready AI-driven platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring the security, correctness, and financial integrity of these systems by leading adversarial testing and validating complex decision paths before production launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead adversarial security testing to verify deterministic decision paths and tenant isolation.
• Verify the tamper-resistance of hash-chained audit trails and ensure robust authentication and authorization across roles.
• Review and extend per-module freeze-audit self-tests to ensure governance rules resolve correctly.
• Rank security findings by severity and provide clear, reproducible defect reports in GitHub.
• Maintain high standards for the CI merge gate, ensuring no code lands unless all security tests pass.

Requirements

• Strong background in security testing, penetration testing, or security QA for systems where boundary failure is a primary risk.
• Hands-on experience with Python and the ability to read and analyze complex codebases.
• Practical understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures and cryptographic audit trails.
• Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD workflows, and Postgres for validating durable state.
• Excellent written English and the ability to produce rigorous, detailed technical documentation.
