Senior Scrum Master

emagine Polska is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our Product Team and drive Agile excellence. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our teams toward effective self-organization, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion and facilitate the adoption of Agile practices across the organization.
• Lead agile ceremonies and utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro to support team workflows.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers to enhance overall team productivity.
• Foster seamless communication and collaboration between team members and key stakeholders.
• Share insights and best practices by participating in Communities of Practice.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in project delivery, with a minimum of three years specifically as a Scrum Master.
• Strong proficiency in agile frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Essential first-level Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM I, or PMI-ACP.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and a deep understanding of team dynamics and cultural backgrounds.
