Senior Scrum Master

Avenga is seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master ready to transition into a Release Train Engineer role within a scaled Agile environment. This position is ideal for a professional looking to expand their influence beyond individual teams and take on program-level responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple teams and facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
• Manage dependencies and risks across the Agile Release Train.
• Contribute to key program-level events and planning activities.
• Support the organization in scaling Agile practices and maintaining alignment.
• Gradually assume full Release Train Engineer responsibilities to drive program success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master in an Agile Release Train or scaled Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of SAFe and scaled Agile methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira configuration and dashboards.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Genuine interest in Agile leadership and program-level operations.
