Senior SAP SD/MM Consultant

NATEK is seeking a Senior SAP SD/MM Consultant to join a long-term international SAP S/4HANA transformation project. You will play a key role in harmonizing business processes across multiple countries, guiding the transition from As-Is analysis to To-Be design and final implementation within a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes with a focus on SAP SD and document current As-Is workflows.
• Translate complex business requirements into clearly defined, implementable To-Be processes.
• Lead and facilitate business and IT workshops with key client stakeholders to identify process harmonization opportunities.
• Design and validate SAP S/4HANA solutions while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
• Collaborate closely with MM, Finance, and integration teams to manage cross-functional dependencies effectively.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as an SAP SD Consultant with a proven track record of independent delivery.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD and a deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong ability to decompose complex business processes into smaller, actionable components.
• Excellent consulting and workshop facilitation skills with the ability to communicate across business and IT levels.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level and experience in complex, multi-country transformation projects.
