Senior SAP HR Consultant (Poland)

Strada Inc. is a global leader in payroll, human capital management, and financial solutions, supporting over 1,400 customers across 33 countries. We are currently seeking a Senior SAP HR Consultant to join our team and help drive our technical and functional vision for SAP HCM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implementing new functionalities and solving complex problems within SAP HCM (OM, PA, PT, PY).
• Testing implemented changes and preparing comprehensive technical documentation.
• Ensuring system compliance with local labor laws and providing expert consultation to internal and external clients.
• Collaborating with global teams and SAP representatives to optimize service delivery.
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both Polish and English.
• Proven experience in SAP HR payroll or Time management, or relevant SAP module certification.
• Expert-level knowledge of technical development environments and database design.
• Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Excellent time management skills and a commitment to high-quality standards.
