Senior SAP HCM Consultant (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join a remote team supporting international projects. You will play a key role in optimizing SAP Time Management and Payroll processes for our clients, ensuring high-quality system configuration and seamless module integration.

Key responsibilities

• Configuring and maintaining work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and shift planning.
• Analyzing and configuring time schemas and personnel calculation rules (PCRs).
• Evaluating time evaluation logs to ensure accurate tracking and processing.
• Managing leave processes, absence types, and related calculations.
• Handling support tickets and resolving complex issues related to time management and payroll.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Time Management and Payroll.
• Deep expertise in configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas.
• Strong understanding of personnel calculation rules (PCRs) and time evaluation logs.
• Practical experience in leave management and integration between SAP modules.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
