Sii is seeking a Senior SAP Finance Technology Leader to join a global organization undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. In this strategic role, you will shape the future of finance technology solutions, driving the development of a modern systems landscape while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance model across international operations.
• Lead the design and optimization of core financial processes to ensure scalability, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, digital innovation, and process standardization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, supply chain, and technology to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while coordinating the work of external partners and consultants.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology, including hands-on SAP consulting and leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems, including financial accounting, taxation, and multi-currency environments.
• Solid understanding of finance process integration with procurement, treasury, and controlling functions.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale transformation programs and balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Fluent English with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in an international environment.
