Senior SAP FI-CO Functional Consultant

Clarity is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FI-CO Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead complex SAP S/4HANA implementations, guiding clients through the full project lifecycle while ensuring financial processes are optimized for scalability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and blueprint sessions for R2R processes, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and configuration specifications.
• Manage the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including UAT execution, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Act as the functional lead for the FI-CO stream within cross-functional Agile project teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to standardize delivery practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO consulting with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, BL) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, identify process gaps, and recommend effective SAP solutions.
• Practical experience in Agile delivery, backlog management, and end-to-end project execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both business and technical teams.
