Senior SAP Consultant (S/4HANA) with German

Wavestone Poland is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant to join our team and support major transformation and harmonization initiatives. You will play a key role in analyzing complex business processes and designing future-state solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize maintenance and logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design target processes and develop comprehensive functional concepts.
• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define process scopes.
• Prepare decision-making materials and recommendations for project leadership.
• Create detailed functional specifications for implementation teams.
• Support end-to-end process integration across PM, MM, QM, and SD modules.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP consulting experience in PM, MM, QM, and SD.
• Proven project experience with SAP S/4HANA and deep knowledge of customizing.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management processes.
• Excellent command of German and English, both at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to identify and redesign complex cross-system business processes.
