About the Client

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP BW/4HANA Data Engineer with German language proficiency to join a international project for our client from the energy sector. You will become part of the BizDevOps Equipment Team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP BW/4HANA data models supporting device management and business reporting.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance data models in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA based on business requirements.

• Translate business needs into technical solutions, including ABAP and HANA SQL development.

• Monitor and maintain data loading processes, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve production issues.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

• Document technical developments and support continuous improvements in the SAP data landscape.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience with SAP BW/4HANA development and data modeling.

• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA SQL and ABAP.

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA data sources and enterprise data integration.

• Fluent German (must-have) and good command of English.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience in international project environments.
