Senior SAP BTP Cloud Developer

Optiveum is seeking a Senior SAP BTP Cloud Developer to join an innovative organization focused on building advanced, AI-powered enterprise solutions. In this fully remote role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies like SAP Joule and AI Core to design and deploy intelligent applications and agent-based systems that optimize complex business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement RAG and advanced prompt engineering techniques to enhance AI capabilities.
• Develop robust applications using CAP (Node.js), CDS, SAP HANA Cloud, and Cloud Foundry.
• Build and maintain high-quality SAPUI5 and Fiori applications.
• Design seamless integrations between SAP and non-SAP platforms while ensuring strict security and compliance standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, testing, and production operations for cloud-native solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of SAP development experience, including at least 2 years specifically with SAP BTP.
• Proven track record of delivering at least one AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI solution into a production environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, CAP/CAPM, SAP HANA Cloud, and REST/OData services.
• Deep understanding of security concepts such as OAuth 2.0, IAS, XSUAA, and RBAC.
• Fluent English skills for effective communication in an international environment.
