Senior SAP ABAP Developer with German

Nagarro is a global digital product engineering company that builds innovative solutions at scale. We are currently seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with German language skills to join our international team and contribute to complex SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and optimizing SAP solutions using ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS Views, RAP, OData, Fiori/UI5, and workflows.
• Designing and supporting integration scenarios using IDoc, RFC, BAPI, SOAP/REST services, and various APIs.
• Applying and promoting Clean Core strategy, SAP development standards, and performance optimization.
• Leading technical analysis, effort estimation, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Mentoring colleagues and supporting technical quality, knowledge sharing, and delivery consistency.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken contexts.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development.
• Solid experience working with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven involvement in at least one SAP migration project.
• Practical experience with Adobe Forms, SAPscript, Smart Forms, CDS Views, and OData.
