Key responsibilities

• Support daily Salesforce operations, resolve production incidents, and manage deployments, data patching, and service requests.
• Assist Customer Service Representatives utilizing Salesforce for B2B processes and handle routine system administration tasks.
• Deliver small-to-medium platform enhancements and take end-to-end ownership of assigned features.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning sessions, to drive continuous platform improvements.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven hands-on expertise with Salesforce OmniStudio and Salesforce Industries, such as Communications, Media, or Energy clouds.
• B2+ proficiency in English, enabling effective communication within a distributed team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system maintenance and feature development.
