Senior Salesforce Engineer

co.brick Talents is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join an enterprise transformation program for a global client. You will be responsible for designing and implementing critical changes within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Core development and robust data integration pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop programmatic and declarative changes in Salesforce Core to support the transformation roadmap.
• Build and optimize end-to-end data flows from Salesforce Core into SFMC and adjacent tools, ensuring precise data mapping.
• Collaborate with the Lead Solution Architect to ensure all system modifications align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Contribute to core technical and integration decisions as functional requirements evolve.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level, hands-on experience in Salesforce development and enterprise platform management.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware integration.
• Deep understanding of the Sales/Service Cloud data model, security model, and declarative automation.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
