Senior Salesforce Developer

ITDS Polska is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to critical CRM and enterprise solutions. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation by designing and implementing scalable functionalities for our international clients in the financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and implement new Salesforce functionalities following industry best practices.
• Optimize existing CRM processes to improve overall system performance and efficiency.
• Establish and enforce high coding standards while conducting thorough code reviews.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment focused on knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and CRM solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and intermediate knowledge of Java.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, HTML, CSS, and ETL processes.
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective, high-quality solutions.
