Senior Salesforce Developer

ITDS is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic team focused on deploying innovative features and maintaining critical CRM functionalities for large-scale business operations. Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable and efficient CRM solutions.
• Develop and implement new functionalities while optimizing existing processes for enhanced performance.
• Establish and enforce high coding standards across the development team.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and maintainability.
• Mentor team members to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and CRM solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and intermediate knowledge of Java.
• Strong technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and ETL processes.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
• Communicative level of English and a good command of Polish.
