Senior SalesForce Developer

MARGO is seeking a highly skilled and solution-oriented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-quality Salesforce MediaCloud solutions, playing a pivotal role in our technical strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce MediaCloud solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.
• Develop and maintain high-quality components using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) frameworks.
• Integrate Salesforce with complex external systems to ensure seamless data flow and business process automation.
• Drive DevOps excellence by managing deployment pipelines and release processes using Copado or similar industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Proven track record in building and deploying Salesforce MediaCloud solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Copado to manage continuous integration and delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives independently.
