Senior Salesforce Developer

Cyclad is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join an international team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing a complex Salesforce platform. You will play a key role in supporting B2B customer journey processes, ensuring platform stability while delivering impactful technical solutions in a dynamic, long-term project environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support and resolve application incidents or defects.
• Manage Salesforce administration tasks, including deployments, data corrections, and patching.
• Deliver small to medium-sized enhancements based on evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and technical teams within an Agile framework.
• Take full ownership of development tasks from initial requirements through to successful delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and production support.
• Mandatory Salesforce OmniStudio certification and hands-on development experience.
• Mandatory Salesforce Industries certification with practical implementation knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in troubleshooting and managing service requests.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level for effective cross-team collaboration.
