Senior Salesforce Developer

Priority Pass Limited is seeking a Senior Salesforce MultiCloud Developer to lead the design and implementation of advanced technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency by working across Sales, Service, Loyalty Management, and Agentforce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of complex Salesforce solutions, focusing on CRM, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that align with enterprise architecture and future business needs.
• Design robust integration patterns between Salesforce clouds and external systems to ensure data consistency and performance.
• Mentor and line-manage junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
• Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance while promoting best practices in coding and continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record in CRM and Service Cloud.
• At least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead role, including team mentorship.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.
• Salesforce Developer Certification, Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Administrator credentials.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub and Salesforce DX within Agile environments.
