Senior Salesforce Developer

DCG is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join an international technical team responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support internal business processes. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and development to testing, deployment, and documentation, with a strong focus on code quality, security, stability, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Lightning Web Components.
• Design and maintain complex integrations with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ensure the performance, security, and data integrity of all Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in the full SDLC, including code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams in an international environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in Salesforce Development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and SOQL.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and data models.
• Proven experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Very good command of English and the ability to work effectively in a global team.
