Senior Salesforce Consultant (Poland)

Productiv Team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will act as a creative problem solver, working independently to document and craft innovative solutions while mentoring other team members and providing strategic insights to company leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert business analysis consulting services for complex, multi-phase enterprise projects.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that address functional gaps.
• Serve as a mentor and advisor to junior consultant team members to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate effectively with external client resources and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain project methodologies and procedures to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience within a consulting or professional services environment.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically focused on technology or technology services implementation projects.
• Proven track record of independently leading business requirements gathering and analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution crafting and Salesforce implementation or administration.
