Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

ITDS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a banking sector project focused on the development of a Salesforce-based CRM platform. You will operate within an Agile environment, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure that requirements are clearly defined and ready for implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and refine business requirements for Salesforce CRM development.
• Prepare comprehensive business analysis and conceptual scope documentation.
• Deliver pre-implementation analysis and support solution recommendations.
• Model complex processes and flows using BPMN standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery model.
• Support backlog refinement and maintain essential analysis artifacts.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of professional practice.
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce CRM gained through project delivery experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to define and document conceptual work.
• Proficiency in BPMN and experience working within Agile teams.
• Fluent Polish and communicative English language skills.
